Figure 1. A) Four membrane proteins were knocked out in K562 cells using XDel technology, following EditCo Bio’s proprietary workflow. Protein levels were assessed via flow cytometry at four time points: days 3, 7, 14, and 21 post-transfection, and compared to negative controls (non-edited cells or cells electroporated with Cas9 only). Membrane protein depletion remained stable over time, and cell viability was consistently high (>90%) across all samples.
